건축토목기계기술관련
토목공학이란?
토목공학은 주로 지구에서 발생하는 자연적인 현상에 대응하고, 인간이 건설하는 다양한 시설물을 설계, 건설, 유지보수 하는 공학 분야다. 이 분야는 다리, 도로, 터널, 다목적댐, 항만, 공항, 지하철, 수력 및 환경공학 등 다양한 구조물 및 시설물을 다룬다.
토목 공학자는 지질학, 재료공학, 구조공학, 환경공학, 교통공학 등과 같은 다양한 분야에 걸친 지식을 활용해서 프로젝트를 기획하고 설계하며, 건설과 유지보수의 단계까지 관여한다.
토목공학의 목표는 안전하고 효율적인 인프라 시스템을 구축해서 사회 및 경제 발전을 지원하는 것이다.
